GP Strategies Government Solutions has an immediate need for a Part-Time Aviation Instructor to support a large aerospace manufacturing client in Everett, WA. The Instructor will teach classes onsite. Instructors are teaching mostly 1st and 2nd shift. The content is already created so the Instructor is not responsible for creating the content.

โ€ข Introduction to CMES for A&I Mechanic

โ€ข Introduction to CMES for ADPP Mechanics

โ€ข CMES IP Basics for BCA Industrial Engineering

โ€ข CMES IP Basics for BCA Quality

โ€ข CMES ADPP Basics for BCA Quality


Job Summary:

โ€ข Utilize teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.

โ€ข Apply learning techniques to ensure student retention and prove competency in specific tasks and behaviors.

โ€ข Manage the course training environment to enable the course content to be delivered as designed.

โ€ข Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.

โ€ข Deploys learning assessments to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of recommended training.

โ€ข Travels to client sites as needed.

โ€ข Participate in and prepare to deliver other courses within expertise domain knowledge areas


Qualifications:

โ€ข Experience in the aviation/aerospace Industry

โ€ข Experience as an Instructor in a classroom environment or presentation experience

โ€ข Manage basic technology to deliver

โ€ข Understanding of CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System) a plus
