Job Summary:
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Tech Support professional for OptumCare, focusing on security vulnerability remediation. The role involves ensuring compliance with vulnerability SLAs and utilizing tools like Tanium for remediation.
Responsibilities:
• Role: Security vulnerability remediation position for OptumCare. This position will provide critical support for ensuring we are able to meet vulnerability SLAs in the combined TEC and TPC environments. They will be using a combination of Tanium and manual remediation tools to achieve this goal, working alongside the ITSS field services team.
• RISK : Impact to ongoing Optum network and device integration.
• AI Usage: The position leverages CoPilot Web for M365 collaboration and supporting Optum integration. Post integration, CoPilot will be utilized to provide IT support assistance using self-service bots, chats, troubleshooting, knowledge, and ticket management.
