Overview

The IT Support Technician provides both onsite and remote technical support to users across a designated regional area. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and customer service, as technicians regularly interact directly with users in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite and remote desktop support for end users across multiple locations
  • Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues
