Technology Support Manager
Location: Dunwoody Village, Newtown Square, PA
Dunwoody Village, a nationally recognized nonprofit continuing care retirement community, is seeking an experienced and service-oriented Technology Support Manager to lead and evolve technology support services for our residents and staff. This role blends IT leadership, project management, and customer service within a mission-driven senior living environment.
How you will make an impact
• Supervise technical teams, define performance objectives, provide mentorship, and coordinate professional development.
• Technical and System Support: Manage support process including resident / staff support, on boarding, off boarding residents, staff and board members as well as access level changes.
• Project Management: Oversee technology projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with business needs.
• System Oversight: Work with MSP to monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and applications to ensure operational continuity, security, and reliability.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage/coordinate relationships with external vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders, including contract negotiation and technology assessments.
• Policy and Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices, IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, data governance, and disaster recovery plans to meet regulatory standards.
• Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams, ensuring proper use of technology and adherence to company policies. Develop general training for resident support.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in computer-related degree or equivalent experience.
Experience:
3+ years in technology project management or IT leadership role.
Skills:
Project management, analytical, support processes, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software as a service and project management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities to bridge technical teams and staff/residents.
