As an IT Support Analyst, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for technical support requests, helping customers and end users resolve issues quickly and professionally. You'll receive ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities to earn industry certifications while building a rewarding career in information technology.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the first line of technical support for our customers and end users.
  • Take ownership of support tickets from initial contact through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and user issues remotely and onsite.
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and remote access technologies.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstation hardware and software.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within Active Directory.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Provide basic Windows Server administration and support.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within the ticketing system.
  • Coordinate equipment inventory and procurement activities.
  • Train and assist users with technology-related questions and best practices.
  • Work with vendors and third-party providers to resolve technical issues.
  • Travel to customer locations in the Zelienople area as needed.
  • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of experience providing technical support in a business environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Working knowledge of:
    • Windows 10 and Windows 11
    • Windows Server 2022/2025
    • Microsoft 365 (Exchange and SharePoint)
    • Active Directory
    • PC hardware, networking, and peripheral devices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
