Job description

Job Summary:
Nesco Resource is seeking an IT Support Analyst I to provide onsite technical support for employees. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, as well as coordinating with internal IT teams and vendors for effective resolution.
Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite technical support to employee end users.
• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and in-person requests for technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, PC, LAN, and voice network issues.
• Identify, research, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
• Coordinate with internal IT support teams, operations groups, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Acquire, install, and upgrade PC components and software.
• Support service outage response and other technical issues as needed.
• Perform proactive monitoring of computer systems using appropriate tools.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Support day-to-day ticket resolution and fleet management according to standard KPIs.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Entry-level IT support experience or related technical support background.
• Experience supporting end users with hardware and software issues.
• PC hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
• Basic LAN and voice network troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to document, track, and monitor support issues.
• Ability to follow structured processes, policies, and procedures.
• Strong communication, listening, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under close supervision and support assigned tasks.
Preferred:
• Experience supporting onsite employees in a corporate or site-based IT environment.
