Job Title: IT Support SpecialistJob Description

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing timely and efficient day-to-day support for workstations, peripherals, desktop computing, client applications, VOIP phone systems, A/V equipment, and data networking via computer, phone, and TEAMS. Communication and customer service are central components of this role, requiring well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, a customer service-oriented mindset, and the ability to maintain professional composure during stressful times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support for workstations and peripheral devices.
  • Assist with desktop computing and client application issues.
  • Manage VOIP phone systems and A/V equipment.
  • Address data networking concerns via computer, phone, and TEAMS.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
