This role supports Image Tech clients through Level 1–2 helpdesk and field service work. Some support is remote, onsite visits are essential when hands-on troubleshooting is required.
Responsibilities
Provide Level 1–2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, WiFi, servers, routers, switches, and user issues
Support Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic Active Directory tasks
Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
Perform onsite service calls when necessary
Accurately document all work in the ticketing system
Deliver a consistent, professional client experience
Requirements
2–5+ years of IT support experience
Prior onsite/field IT experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage tickets independently
Valid driver’s license
