We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to provide end-user computing support in a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is responsible for delivering day-to-day desktop support services, laptop imaging and deployment, asset lifecycle management, inventory tracking, ticket management, and troubleshooting of Windows-based systems.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless IT operations by supporting end users, coordinating with internal technology teams and logistics vendors, maintaining asset records, resolving incidents and service requests, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment supporting enterprise infrastructure, end-user technologies, and workplace services.

  • Provide onsite and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Windows-based systems, ensuring timely resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Perform laptop imaging, device provisioning, software installation, and deployment activities to support new hires and replacement equipment.
  • Manage and maintain desktop operating systems, hardware components, and user workstation setups to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Coordinate with internal technology teams and vendors to troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve user incidents and service requests through to closure.
  • Administer IT asset lifecycle activities including receiving, allocation, recovery, tracking, inventory maintenance, and audit support.
  • Support workplace infrastructure by maintaining hub/IT rooms, performing network cable patching, and assisting with basic endpoint network connectivity troubleshooting.
  • Manage and close ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets within defined service levels, maintain accurate documentation, generate operational reports, and provide Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting support.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop support, and endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of Windows OS imaging, deployment, and device provisioning processes.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve end-user technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with IT ticket management and service request handling processes.
  • Knowledge of asset inventory management and asset lifecycle procedures.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with users, vendors, and technical support teams.
