Job description

Position title: System Support Analyst
Reports to: Systems Support Lead
Job Summary: The System Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to the US region.
Responsibilities:
• Resolve hardware faults (Monitors, laptops, desktops, printers, phones).
• Building new computers or rebuilding computers.
• Maintaining hardware - installing Windows updates, software patches etc.
• Backup and deploy images using deployment manager systems.
• Updating and following company procedures.
• Setting up user computers, Cisco IP phones, Manage and install company software on user cell phones, support/troubleshoot printers and Conduct user training.
• Answering helpdesk tickets (Voice and/or email).
• Managing User permissions in Active Directory.
• Maintenance of software licensing records
• Vessel visits required for maintenance, troubleshooting etc.
HSE Responsibilities:
• Co-operate with management in promoting, developing and maintaining a safe place of work and safe working practices and in meeting statutory health and safety requirements.
• Be aware of the hazards in their work environment and report any work methods, plant, equipment or conditions in their work area which they consider to be hazardous and submit suggestions to improve or remedy the situation.
• Report accidents / incidents (including near misses) which could have caused injury, damage or loss of production.
• Take reasonable care of themselves and others who may be affected by their actions.
Experience / Background
1-YR hands on experience (2 Yrs preferred)
trong PC, Laptop, Printer knowledge.
Knowledge of Servers, AD, Exchange, Cisco Call Manager.
Will be required to travel (land, sea and air) to attend offices or vessels (infrequent travel).
Strong service and communications skills.
Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills.
