Direct message the job poster from SSi People Job Title: Systems Analyst โ€“ HRMS / UAT Lead Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Duration: 6-7 months (potential for extension) Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support HR technology initiatives , with a strong preference for candidates experienced in PeopleSoft HRMS . This role will be integral to the delivery of high-quality HR solutions by coordinating testing efforts, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across HR-related systems, with a focus on PeopleSoft.

Develop test plans, test scripts, and use cases aligned with business and technical requirements. Collaborate with HR, IT, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and test outcomes are validated. Facilitate UAT sessions, track issues , document findings, and communicate results with relevant teams.

Validate system functionality and data integrity across multiple user access profiles and downstream systems. Support HRMS configuration , troubleshooting, and implementation activities. Document defects, enhancement requests, and follow up on resolutions through to closure.

Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality and changes. Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in HR technology to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in Agile or SDLC-based project planning and implementation efforts.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and HR technology. Strong preference for hands-on PeopleSoft HRMS experience (or equivalent enterprise HR system).

Proven experience creating and managing UAT strategies, test plans, and test scripts . Deep understanding of HR processes , including payroll, benefits, and employee records. Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical documentation and testing scenarios.

Excellent communication skills to work with both technical teams and business users. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple testing tracks and timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools , especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with SQL or database querying is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working in agile development environments . Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.

Understanding of compliance and security requirements in HR systems.
