The Application Systems Analyst serves as a technical business analyst within the Information Technology organization, bridging business units and IT to ensure the effective operation, configuration, and optimization of institutional applications.
This role supports a portfolio of enterprise and departmental systems, partners with stakeholders to understand business needs, and delivers solutions through application configuration, workflow automation, and data analysis.The position combines functional application support, reporting and analytics, and technical problem solving.
Responsibilities include supporting workflow and forms platforms, maintaining system integrations and configurations, providing Tier 2 application support, and developing operational and analytical reporting to support institutional decision-making.

Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
