Job Summary
The Retail Systems Support Analyst maintains and provides support for various retail systems and applications including point-of-sale systems, interactive kiosks, new store openings, and other retail systems projects.

Associate Responsibilities
  • Work with L1 to support, maintain, diagnose and troubleshoot all store applications and system issues, including production on-call responsibilities. Work directly with stores to solve issues, including basic network issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in documentation.
  • Partner with internal and 3rd party partners to run projects.
  • Reach across functional groups to other members of IT to ensure integration points are understood, supportable and scalable.
  • Commit to project timelines, due dates, and project methodologies.
  • Travel to various store locations to perform the following:
  • Hardware installation and inventory tasks
  • Hardware usage evaluations
  • Software systems overview with store team

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in MS Windows OS environment including Windows 11 &/or scripting, imaging, and configuring and implementing packaged software tools
  • Experience with SAP POS (GK) or similar POS software packages and POS configuration is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve technical issues both independently and collaboratively.
  • Sense of urgency in resolving issues and restoring full services to Retail store locations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities rapidly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to express complex technical ideas to various audiences.
  • Familiarity with Retail business issues including Retail Accounting, Inventory Management, and Merchandising is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • On-call support responsibilities that will include some evenings and weekends if necessary.
  • Typical office environment; office setting.
  • Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer.
  • Light lifting may be required (25 lbs).
  • Some travel required (up to 20%).
  • This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
