AMI creates ingenious technology solutions, and develops and manages successful systems for Ford, Chrysler, GM, and other customers. These include tire programs, as well as other technology and project management programs, consulting, billing, and systems solutions.
Base Pay Range:
$19 - $22.50/hr.
As an Operations Specialist your essential job functions will include the following:
Pricing Load & Updates
  • Review all part additions and price changes for completeness.
  • Review all approved pricing for completeness.
  • Load OEM part additions and price changes into the database.
  • Create necessary price files in OEM designated format and communicate to customer.
  • Maintain product and pricing updates for Product Guides.

Promotional Reporting
  • Create and communicate promotional tracking to internal personal, Affiliate partners, and OEM.
  • Process promotional claims and payout files accurately and efficiently.

Administration
  • Acquire required data to analyze relevant dealership program reports and run ad hoc analysis.
  • Contribute to monthly OEM reporting needs as requested.
  • Provide aid to the Program Manager on program related questions and issues.
  • Create and update daily production reports and provide updates to OEM, field team, and management.
  • Resolve dealership billing concerns.

Position Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel with an intermediate user level.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and innovate.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple priorities.
