We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive experiences growth, cultivate key partnerships, and develop data-driven strategies to unlock new distribution partnerships opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, negotiating high-value deals, and managing the entire end to end process to launch these partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Business Development and Partnership Growth: Build and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue and create new business opportunities.
โ€ข Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage data insights to inform decisions and shape strategies that enhance partner performance and fuel growth.

Preferred Qualifications:
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the travel, e-commerce, or tech sectors.
โ€ข Proven track record of closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth.
โ€ข Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
โ€ข Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, operations) to deliver results.
โ€ข Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
โ€ข Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
โ€ข Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

The salary range for this role is $140,000-$170,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee's pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
