We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional with experience in the staffing industry to represent our company during upcoming events and job fairs in Orlando, Florida.

Role Overview:
This is a short-term, project-based role designed for a motivated individual with proven expertise in sales, marketing, client engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will confidently represent HireKeyz Inc., engage with potential clients, and build meaningful business connections during events and job fairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent HireKeyz Inc. professionally during job fairs, events, and business meetings.
  • Build connections and establish relationships with main POCs at different client organizations.
  • Present and promote HireKeyzโ€™s company portfolio, services, and value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Gain complete knowledge of company background, agenda, and offerings before each event.
  • Participate in quick meetings with senior delegates and decision-makers from major organizations.
  • Generate new leads, establish follow-up communication, and nurture connections made during events.
  • Draft and send well-written, professional, and structured emails to prospective clients post-events.
  • Support in contract agreement discussions and initial business relationship building.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
