Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Position Overview
Donato Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our direct client base within the US IT Staffing industry.
This role is ideal for a proactive "hunter" who excels at opening doors, building relationships from the ground up, and generating consistent IT staffing requirements through direct client engagement.
The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting client outreach, setting up in-person meetings (including lunch meetings), and presenting the company's capabilities to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
  • Identify and target direct clients across various industries requiring IT staffing services.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new client accounts.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Client Outreach & Engagement
  • Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to connect with hiring managers and procurement teams.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, including lunch meetings and on-site visits.
  • Present company capability statements, staffing expertise, and service offerings effectively.

Requirements Generation
  • Secure IT staffing requirements (contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles).
  • Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to drive repeat business.

Relationship Management
  • Build long-term partnerships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication to understand hiring forecasts and upcoming projects.
  • Represent Donato Technologies professionally in all client interactions.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development within the US IT Staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate direct client requirements for IT positions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage prospecting, meetings, and client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong "go-getter" attitude and hunter mentality.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network of hiring managers or direct clients in the Dallas or US market.
  • Experience working with IT consulting or staffing firms.
  • Veterans or individuals with prior experience in the police department or law enforcement are strongly encouraged to apply.
