About the Role:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be part of the regional sales team, supporting Account Executives in the development of new business within the Spanish market across specific industries.

Your mission will be to apply lead generation skills to identify and acquire new clients, helping to grow and expand our presence in the region. You will become an evangelist for our technology, showcasing the innovative power of our tools.

Leveraging your deep business insight and market knowledge, you will play a key role in guiding prospects through the complete sales cycle. Collaborating on new business development with a customer-centric sales approach, your role will focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities, uncovering and understanding the complex challenges of prospects, while educating potential clients on the value of Onclusive's solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate leads and build relationships by engaging with warm prospects and identifying new business opportunities using tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubsport, Apollo, and others.

  • Conduct outbound activities per day, aiming to schedule platform demos and initiate the sales process.

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of engaged prospects, collaborating with Account Executives to move opportunities to the next stage.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on target industries and define content strategies that resonate with prospects.

  • Participate in continuous training and development programs to improve sales skills and stay updated on best practices.

 

Who you are:

  • 6 months + background in sales (experience in sales, BDR, and SaaS is a plus) or a strong passion to develop a career in sales

  • Fluent in Spanish, as the role will involve working with Spanish-speaking clients and teams.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

  • A driven and motivated mindset, with the determination to succeed and the resilience to exceed targets.

  • A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

  • Coachable and self-aware, always open to feedback and continuous improvement.

  • A strong team player, as we believe that collaboration drives success.

  • Ability to excel in a quota-driven environment, managing short and dynamic sales cycles effectively.
