Our multidisciplinary team designs electronics, embedded systems, IoT devices, AI-enabled products, mechanics, industrial design, and manufacturing solutions for startups and established companies worldwide.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Coral Gables office and support our Business Development Director in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries.
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking and other prospecting techniques.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases using CRM tools.
  • Qualify opportunities before transferring them to the Business Development Director.
  • Schedule introductory meetings with prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on outbound campaigns.
  • Assist in preparing commercial presentations and supporting sales activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Spanish is highly valued.
  • Experience in B2B sales, lead generation or business development.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms.
