Nation Security is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen our footprint in the security services industry. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who excels at identifying opportunities, expanding market share, and fostering long-term partnerships-particularly within bilingual and multicultural markets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. 
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand into new markets and strengthen existing client relationships. 

Client & Partner Relations

  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. 
  • Serve as the primary liaison during client onboarding to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience. 

Marketing & Digital Outreach

  • Leverage digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design and execute campaigns that showcase Nation Security's expertise and value. 

Market Insights & Strategy

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
