 What You'll Do: DaytoDay ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to bring in new client business for HireLevel's recruiting and HR solutions. You will not be responsible for recruiting candidates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships in the St. Louis market
- Selling HireLevel's recruiting, staffing, and human capital services to new customers
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand client hiring and workforce challenges
- Presenting customized solutions in partnership with internal recruiting and delivery teams
- Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
- Building a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and followup
- Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and longterm client satisfaction
- Maintaining CRM activity, tracking pipeline progress, and forecasting revenue
- Representing HireLevel professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions
