 What You'll Do: DaytoDay Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to bring in new client business for HireLevel's recruiting and HR solutions. You will not be responsible for recruiting candidates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Proactively prospecting and developing new client relationships in the St. Louis market
  • Selling HireLevel's recruiting, staffing, and human capital services to new customers
  • Conducting discovery conversations to understand client hiring and workforce challenges
  • Presenting customized solutions in partnership with internal recruiting and delivery teams
  • Managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
  • Building a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, networking, and followup
  • Collaborating with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and longterm client satisfaction
  • Maintaining CRM activity, tracking pipeline progress, and forecasting revenue
  • Representing HireLevel professionally in meetings, networking events, and client interactions
