We are in search of a Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be in charge of researching and identifying promising business opportunities, devising and implementing strategies to amplify sales, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.   4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence.
  5. Lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's cold chain solutions and services.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  7. Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.

Requirements:
