LinkRx is a healthcare solutions company dedicated to improving patient access to innovative therapies. We partner with biopharmaceutical manufacturers and provider networks to streamline reimbursement processes, optimize patient outcomes, and support successful product launches.

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving new manufacturer partnerships and securing commercial contracts that position LinkRx as a strategic market access and distribution partner. This role is highly external-facing and requires direct engagement with specialty and emerging pharmaceutical manufacturers to support their market access, reimbursement, and commercialization objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder with experience engaging manufacturer commercial, market access, and sales leadership teams, and the ability to clearly articulate LinkRx’s value proposition across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent LinkRx in front of specialty and emerging pharmaceutical manufacturers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure commercial contracts that support manufacturers’ market access, reimbursement, and distribution strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturer stakeholders across commercial, market access, brand, and sales teams.
  • Lead business development efforts from initial outreach through contract execution and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align manufacturer needs with LinkRx service offerings and execution capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals highlighting LinkRx’s value in supporting product launches and ongoing commercialization.
  • Track industry trends, pipeline developments, and competitive dynamics to inform outreach and positioning strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and pipeline reporting to internal leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Demonstrated business development, sales, or account management experience.
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive contract negotiations.
Preferred:
  • Experience working with specialty pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech, or life sciences companies.
  • Understanding of market access, reimbursement, and commercial distribution within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, hub services, or patient access programs.
  • Based in Central New Jersey, with ability to travel as needed.
