Business Development Recruiting Manager

The Business Development Recruiting Manager is responsible for driving new business growth while recruiting and placing top talent for our clients. This full desk role blends outside sales, client account management, and hands-on recruiting to deliver an exceptional end-to-end staffing experience.

This position is onsite at our Grand Forks, ND office location, and offers a base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based bonuses!

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RECRUITING MANAGER MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and secure new business through prospecting, outreach, and client visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
  • Recruit, screen, and onboard candidates to fill client orders
  • Manage assignment details including start dates, scheduling, and program follow up
  • Ensure excellent service delivery through proactive communication with clients and employees
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM/ATS systems
  • Other duties may be assigned.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT RECRUITING MANAGER KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, outside sales, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Goal driven mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s License and proof of car insurance.
  • Must be at work as scheduled and be available to clients outside of regular business hours.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 50% travel - typically within two hours of the office and can be done in the same day.
