Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing combines the strength of a nationally recognized advisory platform with the agility and earning potential of a high-performing staffing organization. We're seeking an entrepreneurial Business Development Leader to expand our professional search and staffing practice by developing client relationships, generating new business, and driving growth across key markets.

This opportunity offers the best of both worlds: the reputation, network, and market presence of Cherry Bekaert combined with an experienced recruiting team, operational infrastructure, and administrative support designed to help you succeed. It's a chance to build something meaningful without having to build the infrastructure from scratch.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with clients, prospects, and referral networks.
  • Partner with Cherry Bekaert professionals to uncover cross-selling opportunities across tax, advisory, digital transformation, and consulting services.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiting and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently grow revenue through new and existing client relationships.

What Success Looks Like

  • Establish a strong internal network across Cherry Bekaert and become a trusted resource for staffing solutions.
  • Generate new client relationships and consistent job requisition activity.
  • Create opportunities for both Recruiting & Staffing services and broader Cherry Bekaert offerings.
  • Build a reputation as a trusted advisor with clients, partners, and colleagues.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years of staffing sales, business development, or full-desk recruiting experience.
  • Proven ability to generate new business and build long-term client relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and motivated by growth and uncapped earnings.
  • Experience in finance and accounting staffing preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive draw structure.
  • 50% gross profit commission on placements.
  • Unlimited earning potential with no caps.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, PTO, and other wellness-focused programs.
  • Access to the resources, brand recognition, and market reach of Cherry Bekaert.

Pay Range: $90K-$262K+ (salary, draw, and commission potential combined)
