This role exists to accelerate commercial performance growth by transforming complex sales and market data into actionable insights, augmented by AI tools that improve speed, accuracy, and decision quality across the commercial organization.
You will serve as a trusted analytical partner to the U.S. land sales teams, account owners, and business development leaders, equipping them with the intelligence needed to win in a competitive artificial lift market. Your insights will also be combined with the finance organizations reporting structure to accurately convey the status of our business to our greater SLB stakeholders.

What You Will Do:
  • Deploy and maintain AI/ML models and LLM-based tools to automate lead scoring, churn prediction, project optimization, and territory whitespace analysis
  • Build and manage automated dashboards and reporting pipelines in Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms to reduce manual reporting burden across the commercial team
  • Develop AI-assisted forecasting models to improve pipeline activity accuracy
  • Analyze territory and account-level sales performance to identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts
  • Monitor pipeline health metrics for coverage, velocity, win/loss ratios, and surface insights to sales leadership on a regular cadence
  • Provide analytical support for quarterly business reviews and executive-level commercial presentations
  • Serve as a CRM power user, ensuring data integrity across accounts, opportunities, contacts, and activity records in C4C
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for our sales organization and account owners

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in sales analytics, commercial analysis, or sales operations
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying AI tools (e.g., predictive analytics platforms, LLM-based assistants, or Python/R-based models) to commercial problems
  • Strong data modeling skills; SQL and data lake access experience
  • High computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems
  • This role is not deemed safety-sensitive

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Data Science or a related field
  • Experience in the upstream or midstream oil and gas industry
  • Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/financial planning platforms
  • Experience building and presenting executive-level commercial reports or QBR materials
  • Track record of using AI or automation to measurably improve sales insights or commercial process
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional and global teams
