Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical, data-savvy, and driven Sales Analyst to help accelerate revenue growth and improve sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with data, building insights, and creating dashboards, and who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
The Sales Analyst will play a key role in understanding performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insights into action-while supporting disciplined execution across sales teams and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis & Insights:
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Identify drivers of performance changes (growth, decline, conversion gaps)
  • Translate data into clear insights, risks, and actionable opportunities
  • Deliver recommendations to improve revenue, conversion, and customer engagement

Pipeline & Execution Management
  • Monitor and analyze pipeline health, quality, and conversion
  • Track performance against targets and identify gaps early
  • Drive execution discipline through reporting, follow-ups, and performance cadence
  • Support forecasting accuracy and pipeline transparency

Account & Territory Support
  • Partner with sales teams to support accounts and territories, providing:
    • Growth opportunities
    • Risk identification
    • Performance diagnostics
  • Support large/key accounts with deep-dive analyses and tailored insights
  • Enable sales reps with data-driven recommendations and opportunity mapping

Growth & Revenue Initiatives
  • Support initiatives across:
