Job description

The Sales Incentive Analyst 5 is responsible for working independently and setting the mid-term strategic direction, whilst exercising independent judgment and business acumen to work on and resolve highly complex issues that impact success of critical projects, valuable relationships and key business processes. The role leads complex, global incentive program initiatives. The Sales Incentive Analyst 5 may lead the activities of other professional staff (team lead), serving as an expert regional or functional subject matter expert. This role is responsible for mentoring and providing guidance and advice to colleagues in their own discipline.
Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
What you will do:
  • Develop and implement the mid-term strategic direction for sales incentive programs, aligning with company business goals.
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex, global sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with regional nuances and market dynamics.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sales incentive design and best practices, providing guidance to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address highly complex incentive-related challenges.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in incentive program effectiveness and efficiency.

What you will bring:
  • 5-10 years of sales and compensation design and implementation of complex, global sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with regional nuances and market dynamics.
  • Strong hands on experience in evolving and implementing sales plans and processes that focus on growth and business impact.
  • Leadership of cross-functional teams and strong engagement across multi product sales teams and offerings.

The salary range for this position is $147,820.00 - $243,690.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat's compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
