Main Purpose of the Job
At Nestlé, we're seeking individuals who can join us full-time as a Distributor Sales Analyst. The Distributor Sales Analyst will drive standardization and simplification of reports and supports the business needs while striving for client satisfaction by providing value-added insights. This is a remote position and the candidate should be located in the Western US, anywhere from Colorado-California and anywhere in between.
Key Outputs / Deliverables
As a Distributor Sales Analyst, you will support the Distributor teams currently within the NRS, by:
  • Identifying and communicating business trends to senior leaders
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations through the use of data models
  • Updating and creating scorecards to adequately evaluate data sets
  • Producing an-hoc reports to enable informed decision-making to improve NRS distributor performance
  • Partnering with others across distributor teams and NRS to assist with course-correcting action plans and projects

Measurements / Performance Indicators
  • Win at Retail: Create and maintain business templates; produce and track scorecards, analyze the scorecard results; share these findings; and further refine reports based on feedback received
  • Develop Capabilities: Build, test and produce descriptive models. Constantly strive for innovation and producing new best-practices.
  • Integrated Approach: Focus on providing support and building partnerships with team members across the distributor teams and utilize your internal network to accomplish tasks.

Qualifications / Certifications
  • A minimum of 18 months of relevant sales/analytical experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy

  • Proven experience analyzing large data sets
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability to embrace change and learn quickly in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Comfortable working in and independent and team setting

The approximate pay range for this position is $80K - $100K base plus annual bonus.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
