This role sits at the intersection of markets, technology, and client strategy, supporting revenue growth by strengthening client engagement, helping drive adoption of electronic execution solutions, and coordinating closely with Sales, Trading, Product, Operations, and Technology partners.

You will build a strong understanding of client workflows, market structure, and the evolving e-trading landscape across credit and spread products. You'll support onboarding and go-live efforts, maintain an ongoing client dialogue, and help ensure clients receive a consistent, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior coverage to identify and advance new client opportunities and deepen existing relationships
  • Help clients evaluate electronic execution solutions by translating workflows, platform capabilities, and market structure into clear messaging
  • Coordinate onboarding and go-live execution across internal stakeholders (connectivity, workflow mapping, testing readiness, documentation tracking)
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive dynamics, and vendor/platform developments; surface insights and opportunities
  • Support client activity and profitability analytics; translate trends into coverage priorities and commercial actions
  • Capture client feedback and communicate requirements to Product and Technology to help shape enhancements and roadmap priorities

  • Working knowledge of credit products (e.g., bonds, derivatives, indices, single-name CDS, ETFs); exposure to electronic markets is a plus
  • Interest in electronic trading platforms and the operational/technical workflows that support client execution
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging to different stakeholder groups
  • High integrity, professionalism, and strong team orientation
