Your role at Clorox:

The Senior Sales Analyst will be a critical enabler of the Clorox customer strategy supporting the Pet Channel and Burt's Bees Target Team using data and reporting analytics to bring our sales strategy to life. This role will be responsible for core team reporting responsibilities, analytical support and aiding in bringing our customer strategies to life.

In this role, you will:

  • Key contributor in forecasting process for Target and Pet teams, including base, promotional, and total volume projections.
  • Lead risk assessment and volatility analysis to inform strategic decisions and minimize forecasting error.
  • Drive the monthly KPI tracking process, leading updates and education for cross-functional teams on performance, gaps, and forward-looking projections.
  • Analyze and communicate headwinds, tailwinds, and actionable opportunities to help the sales team focus efforts and adjust tactics.
  • Deliver regular sales and performance reporting to General Managers and Business Units, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance of insights.
  • Act as a right-hand partner to the sales account managers and sales director, supporting real-time customer tracking, performance updates, and planning needs.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or business analytics - preferably in retail or CPG.
  • Exceedra experience would be a plus
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Experience with forecasting tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and CRM platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a bias for action and results.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward without constant supervision.
