The Role: Join Varonis' global commissions team and play a key role in one of the most impactful processes in the company - how our sales organization is rewarded. The Responsibilities:
  • Own the calculation, validation, and analysis of monthly commission payments
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity across compensation data and commission plans
  • Investigate discrepancies and resolve compensation-related issues
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams globally
  • Provide clear and professional support to sales teams regarding compensation
  • Support the execution and ongoing improvement of commission plans
  • Analyze performance data and identify trends or opportunities
The Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
