Commission Analyst Jobs (NOW HIRING)

• Act as the connective link between business leaders, the Commission team, and Enterprise Data Analytics

• Translate stakeholder questions into clear analytical requirements and actionable next steps

• Facilitate alignment across teams when issues involve multiple systems, owners, or points of view

• Use strong communication and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate sensitive situations and drive productive outcomes

• Build credibility with field leadership by providing responsive, thoughtful, and data-backed support

• Leverage Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly (or similar commission tool) to analyze commission-related data and explain outcomes to stakeholders

• Validate commission-related reporting and help ensure consistency between operational systems and downstream reporting

• Monitor trends, anomalies, and exceptions that may impact payouts, reporting accuracy, or stakeholder confidence

• Partner with Enterprise Data Analytics to improve visibility into commissions, credits, and related performance metrics

• Document business rules, recurring issues, and resolution patterns to improve organizational knowledge

• Identify opportunities to streamline commission workflows, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication

• Leverage AI tools to support automation, investigation, summarization, and process efficiency

• Help design repeatable processes that reduce manual effort and improve response times

• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of commission-related analytics, governance, and operating rhythms

• 3+ years of experience in commissions, sales operations, revenue operations, finance analytics, or a related analytical role

• Strong understanding of sales commissions, crediting concepts, and issue resolution workflows

• Experience working with Salesforce, Power BI, and Xactly or similar reporting, and analytic tools.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex data or compensation-related issues across multiple stakeholders

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, mediate, and resolve conflict professionally

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

• Proficiency in Excel and general data analysis techniques

• Experience in a high-growth, matrixed, or services-led organization

• Familiarity with commission plan administration, payout processes, or sales compensation operations

• Experience partnering with executive sales leadership and cross-functional analytics teams

• Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms used to improve business workflows

• Experience documenting business processes, requirements, or data definitions

• A trusted partner to field leadership, commissions, and analytics teams

• Comfortable working through ambiguity and resolving issues that require both technical analysis and stakeholder diplomacy

• Naturally collaborative, responsive, and solution-oriented

• Curious about process improvement and motivated to use automation and AI to make work more efficient

• Able to move fluidly between detailed data validation and executive-level communication

• Reports to Jason Jewell on the Insights team

• Works closely with Regional EVPs, Managing Directors, the Commission team, and Enterprise Data Analytics

This role helps ensure confidence in commission outcomes by connecting people, data, and systems. It strengthens trust with sales leadership, improves responsiveness to issues, and creates a stronger bridge between commission operations and enterprise analytics. The Commission Analyst will play a meaningful role in improving accuracy, transparency, and automation across the commissions ecosystem.

$100,000 - $120,000 a year

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
