Job description

Casino Marketing Analyst – Campaign Analytics & AI-Enabled Measurement
Location: Las Vegas, NV (On-site)
If This Sounds Like You...
• Do you use data to tell clear, actionable stories about what is and isn't working in marketing?
• Do you focus on driving **profitable** customer behavior and long-term value, not just clicks
or visits?
• Are you fluent in AI-enabled modeling and excited to use it to improve targeting, offers, and
media effectiveness?
• Do you enjoy collaborating across marketing, operations, finance, and IT to get to better
business outcomes?
• Are you a self-starter who is intellectually curious and comfortable testing, learning, and
iterating?
• Do you think in terms of customer lifetime value, incremental revenue, and ROI instead of
vanity metrics?
If yes, we'd like to talk with you.
Do Not Apply If...
• You are not a collaborator or dislike cross-functional work
• You are not willing to travel as business needs require
• You are not currently located in the Las Vegas area
• You are not fluent in AI-enabled modeling and analytics
• You require a rigid, inflexible schedule
• You lack an undergraduate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a graduate degree
with relevant experience
• You are looking for a systems/data engineering role rather than an analyst/insights role
About the Role
This senior individual contributor supports the Chief Marketing Officer in developing
measurements and making recommendations for campaign optimization across a network of
strategic business units. You will design, measure, and optimize direct marketing and media
campaigns to drive customer lifetime value (CLV), incremental trips, and incremental revenue,
using advanced analytics and AI-based modeling.
What You'll Do
• Design test-and-learn approaches (A/B, multivariate, control vs. test) for direct mail, email,
SMS, app, and paid media
• Build and maintain AI/ML models (segmentation, propensity, churn, offer optimization, next-
best-action)
• Analyze heavy direct marketing programs (reinvestment, tier, reactivation, high-value players)
and connected media spend
• Develop frameworks to measure incrementality and distinguish true lift from natural behavior
• Partner with leaders across strategic business units to define KPIs and turn insights into clear
recommendations
• Build dashboards and recurring reports on campaign performance, customer value, and
media effectiveness
What We're Looking For
• Undergraduate degree with 4+ years in analytics/marketing, or a quantitative graduate
degree with relevant experience
• Deep experience in direct marketing analytics (direct mail, email, SMS, loyalty, reinvestment)
• Strong skills in AI-enabled modeling (e.g., propensity, look-alike, churn, optimization) using
Python/R, SQL, or similar
• Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Ability to connect analytics to business outcomes (CLV, incremental revenue, profitability)
• Comfort working with large casino and loyalty datasets
• Self-starter, intellectually curious, highly collaborative, and adaptable
Nice to Have
• Casino, gaming, hospitality, or entertainment experience
• Hands-on work with patron management systems (Konami), casino data warehouses, CMS,
and player loyalty databases
• Experience with media mix, attribution, or cross-channel measurement
Work Environment
• On-site in Las Vegas, NV
• Travel as needed for property visits and cross-unit collaboration
• Reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and works closely with the VP of Advertising across
five properties
Do you meet these requirements and want to use AI-driven analytics to shape the future
of casino marketing? Apply now.
