JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Marketing Analyst supports the execution and optimization of database marketing campaigns across multiple properties, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and reinvestment guidelines. This role plays an active part in the campaign production process, including segmentation, offer creation, quality assurance, and deployment, while maintaining data accuracy and compliance. The Analyst collaborates with property marketing, analytics, and corporate teams to drive guest engagement and revenue performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support execution of database marketing campaigns across multiple properties in alignment with business objectives and property-level revenue goals, supporting both HHR and Class III business verticals as needed.
  • Assist in planning, development, and deployment of targeted marketing campaigns across channels (email, direct mail, digital, on-property)
  • Build and generate campaign lists using Excel, Access, SQL, SNOWFLAKE, and business intelligence tools
  • Extract, manipulate, and analyze customer data from multiple systems to support campaign initiatives
  • Apply segmentation strategies based on demographics, worth, behavioral trends, and lifecycle positioning
  • Create and implement marketing offers within source systems in accordance with reinvestment guidelines
  • Perform quality assurance checks on campaign builds, lists, and outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics; provide insights to support optimization efforts
  • Maintain data integrity across properties and ensure adherence to database marketing standards
  • Collaborate with property marketing, analytics, IT, and corporate teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign deployment
  • Support testing initiatives and pilot programs designed to improve segmentation and offer strategies
  • Follow established campaign processes, procedures, and compliance protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of casino database marketing and reinvestment principles
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality assurance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Ability to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses in applicable jurisdictions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in database marketing, CRM, or casino marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in Excel and Access required
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Experience with campaign management platforms and BI/reporting tools preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
  • This position requires extended periods of sitting while working at a computer and analyzing data

  • The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate to loud, particularly when on the gaming floor
  • The employee may be exposed to secondhand smoke while on the casino floor, subject to property regulations
