Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Marketing Data Analyst in Onsite environment in Spring, TX. Responsibilities for Marketing Data Analyst include but are not limited to:

· Design, build, and consolidate Power BI dashboards by integrating data across multiple projects into a unified reporting layer.

· Develop advanced DAX measures, including YoY, MoM, YTD, growth rates, and other time intelligence calculations.

· Perform end-to-end data modeling, transformation, and source consolidation, replacing manual workflows (e.g., CSVs, Databricks tables) with scalable datasets.

· Define, standardize, and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to ensure consistency across business reviews.

· Conduct data analysis, trend identification, and performance diagnostics to generate actionable insights.

· Leverage historical data for trend analysis and support predictive modeling where applicable.

· Optimize dashboards for performance, refresh efficiency, and long-term maintainability.

· Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions and insights.

· Present findings through dashboards, reports, and stakeholder discussions to support data-driven decision-making.

· Continuously improve reporting frameworks through feedback loops and evolving business needs.

Candidates for Marketing Data Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

· 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related role.

· Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard design, and complex DAX development.

· Solid experience with SQL and working with structured/curated datasets (Databricks or similar environments is a plus).

· Proven experience building dashboards for ongoing business reviews and performance tracking.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex datasets.

· Experience in data transformation, data mapping, and BI tool-based reporting.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver independently in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Preferred

· Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, or predictive modeling.

· Familiarity with data warehousing and data engineering concepts.

· Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
