As Digital Marketing Analyst in Dallas, TX, you will play a central role in shaping how the organization understands and improves its digital presence across the guest journey, from first discovery to repeat visits.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably within hospitality or another consumer-facing industry
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
  • Strong understanding of AI platforms and their application to streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and email marketing platforms
  • Strong Excel/spreadsheet skills; willingness to research and recommend data visualization tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with hospitality-specific systems such as Triple Seat, OpenTable, extranets, or Toast
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences
  • Detail-oriented, with strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Preferred: Knowledge of hospitality industry trends, guest behavior, and digital booking best practices
  • Preferred: Google Analytics or Google Ads certification
  • Preferred: Experience working across a multi-property or multi-brand portfolio


Job Responsibilities:

As the Digital Marketing Analyst based in Dallas, TX, you will:

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance across digital channels, including website traffic, paid search/social, email marketing, and SEO
  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards and reports, including weekly and monthly performance summaries, campaign ROI, and booking funnel conversion, for leadership review
  • Monitor key hospitality metrics, such as Revenue Per Available Room (RevPAR), direct booking conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and channel mix, translating findings into clear recommendations
  • Partner with leadership to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across properties, using data to guide budget allocation and targeting
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on website content, landing pages, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates and ensure compliance
  • Analyze guest behavior and segmentation data to support personalized marketing and loyalty initiatives
  • Maintain and troubleshoot analytics tools and tracking implementation, including Google Analytics, tag management, and UTM structure, to ensure data accuracy
  • Benchmark performance against competitor properties and industry trends within the hospitality sector
  • Collaborate with leadership to align digital marketing efforts with pricing and demand strategy
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including Property General Managers and executive leadership
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices specific to hospitality
