Description:Needs both analytics and digital.

Analysts are professionals who display intellectual curiosity, creativity and a willingness to approach research in new and different ways as part of an integrated marketing and communications model. All Analysts operate fluidly in an entrepreneurial environment. In this role, the Senior Digital Data Analyst will handle projects that include:

Attribution modeling

Tracking a user journey through various channels and segmenting audiences by analyzing various datasets from: paid media, paid/organic social, website, CRM, SEM/SEO

Identifying patterns through exploratory regression analyses across datasets

A/B testing

Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital analytics with direct experience working with a web analytics suite such as Google Analytics

Passion for the digital space Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of agency's business, products, markets and influencers

Ability to dig into multiple data sets and tell a story based on the findings

Ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative research to connect back to the client's business needs

Ability to maintain timelines and budgets

Ability to present in new business and client meetings

Proficiency in the use of software like Microsoft Excel, SPSS, SAS

Understanding of statistical languages such as R or Python a plus

Degree in a quantitative field (i.e., business, economics, computer science, mathematics etc.) a plus

Background in qualitative research, marketing analytics/science a plus

Strong communication and writing skills

Ability to multitask and deliver quality work on deadlines

Ability to plan measurement strategies for key performance indicators, and monitor existing properties to ensure all tracking and data-collection works properly

Ability to extract core insights from data to develop testing and optimization strategies across tactics

Ability to develop and recommend scalable best practices for use in our clients' projects

Ability to develop effective and persuasive presentations and memos demonstrating the value of our work for client teams and business development

Qualifications
