Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst plays a critical role in analyzing marketing efforts and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. This role oversees the development of detailed reporting and in-depth analysis of marketing campaign performance. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst tracks and evaluates metrics across websites, CRM, and social media, providing actionable insights to improve performance, increase conversions, and drive revenue. This role requires a data-driven mindset, analytical skills, technical competency, and collaboration across teams to optimize marketing efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Sigma, Excel, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools, leveraging Snowflake data and native system exports as needed.
  • Design, implement, and maintain advanced reporting systems to track and analyze campaign performance.
  • Provide teams and leadership with actionable insights based on data analysis and identify opportunities for improvement across marketing operations.
  • Generate ad-hoc reporting and analysis to measure the outcome of short-term strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve marketing campaigns and tool adoption.
  • Compile reports for CRM tactics, including Email, Print, SMS, Gifting, Lead Forms, and Automation.
  • Use Ai/ML tools to automate reporting, generate predictive insights, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage customer lifecycle reporting tools.
  • Support ad hoc analytic requests.
  • Track lead generation sources, conversions, and ROI across Google Analytics, Snowflake, Cube, and Total Expert.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to analyze audience behavior and refine segmentation strategies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns, AI virtual assistant, SMS, and CRM workflows.
  • Analyze user engagement and adoption of marketing tools such as Total Expert, Website Profiles, CCM Social, Vidyard, Verse AI, and Taylor.
  • Support data flow monitoring between LO One, Encompass, Blend, and Total Expert.
  • Assist with marketing attribution modeling to measure the impact of various marketing efforts.
  • Transform data into actionable insights and support team members as needed.
  • Help maintain documentation of data preparation, decision-making, and processes.
  • Support data hygiene, update requirements, and assist in business process specification.
  • Facilitate collaboration with IT and business SMEs for system improvements and sales data reconciliation.
  • Conduct presentations showcasing the CRM platform to branches as an integral component of their onboarding procedure, as well as during Marketing Summits.
  • Ensure proper data governance, accuracy, and integrity across all systems. Oversee data cleaning, transformation, and management processes to ensure high data quality standards.
  • Support the identification and documentation of data migration paths and processes and resolution of data inconsistencies.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and CRM-related project execution.
  • Conduct pre-launch testing to ensure all campaign tracking elements (e.g., UTMs, form submissions, pageviews, conversions) are firing correctly and mapping to reporting dashboards.
  • Support in the creation of strategy briefs/processes for projects that require data ingestion or report requests.
  • Present complex data findings and actionable insights to senior management, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, translating technical analysis into strategic recommendations.
  • Stay current on the latest data analytics trends and technologies, applying innovative solutions to enhance existing data systems, processes, and tools.
  • Work closely with department leaders to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in A/B testing efforts to optimize marketing messaging and creative performance.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Sigma.)
  • Experience with AI-powered reporting tools.
  • Experience with Sigma, Google Looker Studio, Google Analytics, and Total Expert.
  • Expertise in working with large datasets, data management, and analytics platforms.
  • Mortgage or financial services industry experience, preferred.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, social media analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics and tag management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Snowflake for data extraction and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience interacting effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled at problem-solving, with a proactive approach to learning new skills.
