HOW YOU WILL MAKE HISTORY HERE...

As a Commerce Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in strengthening Campbell's Commerce Marketing investment strategy across retailers and platforms. You will drive business growth by delivering actionable insights, monitoring performance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring flawless execution of commerce marketing programs. Through data-driven decision making and strong cross-functional collaboration, you will help maximize marketing effectiveness, enhance the shopper experience, and support continued eCommerce growth.

WHAT YOU WILL DO...

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and program KPIs to maximize Commerce Marketing performance.

  • Maintain scorecards, dashboards, and reporting tools to track performance across brands, categories, and retail partners.

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting commerce marketing results and the shopper journey.

  • Analyze performance data to uncover root causes of underperformance and provide recommendations for optimization.

  • Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Finance to manage Commerce Marketing budgets, including monthly transfers, adjustments, and actualization.

  • Serve as a liaison between agency partners and internal teams to support the creative development and execution process.

  • Assist in developing wrap reports, business reviews, and internal presentations that communicate key learnings and recommendations.

  • Partner with agency teams to develop and manage Commerce Marketing timelines and project deliverables.

  • Gather, analyze, and report retailer performance data to help inform strategic planning in collaboration with Insights, Brand, and Category teams.

  • Support the Commerce Marketing team with ongoing reporting, analysis, and executional excellence initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, analytics, shopper marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and uncover actionable insights.

  • Experience transforming complex data into compelling business recommendations and stories.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and performance scorecards.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets accurately.

  • Experience managing and tracking complex budgets.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong curiosity about shopper behavior, the customer journey, and the evolving eCommerce landscape.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$65,800-$90,400

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
