Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
  • Experience in the digital advertising, technology, or enterprise software industry.
  • Experience developing and executing integrated go-to-market strategies for technical products.
  • Experience creating content, narratives, and product positioning.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing external creative agencies
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising, demand-side platforms (DSPs), retail/commerce media networks, or streaming video/Connected TV (CTV).
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, benefit-oriented content with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to effectively operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality work autonomously.

Responsibilities
  • Build scalable marketing programs and messaging frameworks that lift industry perception and drive adoption of key GMP, Display and Video 360, Search Ads 360, and Commerce Media Network (CMN) initiatives.
  • Craft visionary messaging and strong product positioning that simplifies Google Marketing Platform (GMP) concepts to help enterprise advertisers, agencies, retailers, and brands drive measureable Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Drive cross-functional projects collaboratively, building trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, business, Google Public Sector, Public Relations, and Global Market Insights to shape how milestone moments and major launches land in market.
  • Manage external creative agencies to develop premium, on-brand visual assets and experiences through sharp brief writing and strategic leadership.
  • Experiment with and integrate approved AI tools into your daily workflow, leveraging technology to expand your marketing capabilities and drive operational efficiency.
