Client Developer Marketing
The Developer Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who is enthusiastic about building B2B digital marketing and go-to-market initiatives that inspire new developers to Client and adopt Client Technologies.
Client Developer Marketing's goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the world by providing innovative technical education, tools, resources and inspiration to enable developer success and innovation.
As we expand our reach, the right candidate will be responsible for designing and executing effective marketing strategies and digital marketing initiatives targeting Compute, AI, and IoT developer personas. You will join a fast-paced team responsible for the product marketing and go-to-market of hardware and software systems including leading on-device AI technology and connectivity chips from Client and Snapdragon that power leading applications at the edge.
You will work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Marketing, and Engineering to ensure the cohesive, user-centric approach to promoting Client technologies and developer tools.
You are a highly organized, data-driven strategist, who can operate at a tactical level while maintaining the ability to think big in building marketing initiatives that will delight developers. Does this sound like you? If so, the Client Developer Marketing team is hiring!
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive digital marketing and GTM strategy and execution that results in actionable insights and meets business objectives.
• Grow the Client developer audience, working cross-functionally to deliver marketing initiatives grounded in the developer journey framework, user insights, business goals, and market dynamics.
• Plan and support launch of new Client and Snapdragon products and solutions including developer audience messaging, content marketing, and digital tactics to scale adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and broader marketing teams to develop effective messaging and GTM strategies.
• Balance creative and analytic thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable and data-driven framework.
• Develop, track, and report on KPI performance to stakeholders and Client leadership team to drive data-informed decisions.
• Continuously optimize digital campaigns based on performance data and industry trends.
• Team leadership and people management skills.
Minimum qualifications:
• 5+ years of digital marketing, product marketing, or strategy experience with content/software, edge or cloud technologies and a demonstrated interest in fast changing, leading technologies.
• 3+ years of end-to-end B2B campaign ownership.
• 2+ years people management experience
• Experience using data and insights to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional capacity within a fast-paced, changing environment across functions (e.g., creative teams, legal, marketing, partnerships, BU).
• Initiative-taker who can identify gaps and balance multiple priorities.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Experience creating go-to-market assets and campaign collateral including customer success stories, solution briefs, web pages, blogs, etc. and are comfortable defining success metrics.
