We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager/Director with a strategic mindset and a strong business acumen to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA and proven experience in driving B2B marketing strategies, preferably within the technology or enterprise software sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute go-to-market strategies, build brand awareness, and drive growth for our AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to support C3 AI's business objectives, including demand generation, brand positioning, and thought leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and alliances) to create targeted campaigns, drive pipeline growth, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, webinars, and public relations efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, performance metrics, and ROI analyses to optimize campaign performance.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

Qualifications

  • MBA from a top-tier business school is strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B technology or enterprise software.
