$65,000 - $75,000 Annually
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Position Overview:
We are a growing furniture and home furnishings manufacturer specializing in products for homes, corporate buildings, and commercial spaces. As we continue to expand our product offerings and brand presence, we are looking for a Marketing & Brand Specialist to support our continued growth.
The Marketing & Brand Specialist will support marketing initiatives across website, social media, email, digital platforms, events, video, and written content. This role will manage projects from strategy through execution while tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and proactive professional with strong digital marketing skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while using both creativity and data to strengthen our brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute a wide variety of marketing initiatives from concept through completion while ensuring deadlines and project timelines are met.
  • Create, update, and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, project portfolios, digital lookbooks, signage, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels, client communications, and printed materials.
  • Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms while monitoring engagement and identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, client communications, and CRM database management.
  • Update website content, completed project galleries, team biographies, and other digital assets as needed.
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, printers, web developers, and other outside vendors to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist with digital marketing initiatives including online advertising and search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
  • Plan and coordinate client appreciation events, showroom events, community partnerships, networking opportunities, and other promotional activities, including managing vendors, invitations, logistics, and event execution.
  • Track marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on measurable results.
  • Support business development efforts by preparing presentations, promotional materials, and resources that strengthen relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Maintain organized marketing calendars, project schedules, and deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Continuously identify new ideas and opportunities to improve marketing processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the firm's visibility within the marketplace.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing activities while collaborating closely with leadership and outside marketing partners.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, project coordination, or event planning role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience using Canva, social media platforms, email marketing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and grammar.
  • Experience coordinating events, managing vendors, and overseeing marketing projects from start to finish is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Experience within interior design, architecture, construction, home furnishings, or another design-focused industry is a plus.
