Blockchain & Crypto Marketing Manager (Web3 Specialist) - Equity Cofounder

Launch Legends

Job description

Shape the Future of the Internet Operating System
We're offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends and Autheo as a part-time Equity Cofounder at a pivotal moment: Mainnet is live, THEO is trading, and the Internet Operating System is now in public production.
Autheo is the Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain that unifies identity (TheoID), compute, storage, developer tooling, and AI into one sovereign, post-quantum-secured coordination layer. After five years of development, public testnet adoption exceeding 1.8 million wallets and nearly 1 million smart contracts, independent security audits, and Mainnet launch, THEO (the native utility token) began trading on Hydrex on August 20, 2026.
We are now moving from infrastructure delivery into growth, usage, and market presence. This role sits at the center of that shift.
Our Projects
  • Autheo - https://www.autheo.com
  • Launch Legends (parent entity) - https://www.launchlegends.io
  • Official X: @Autheo_Network

Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity.
You will receive equity in Launch Legends and Autheo, together with THEO token allocations governed by the published tokenomics.
We have completed initial financing to support infrastructure and early marketing. Discussions with VCs and crypto investors for expansion capital continue. As the network scales and revenue pathways mature, salaried compensation is expected to become available. Until then, compensation is equity + THEO under the published tokenomics schedule.
ROLE: Blockchain & Crypto Marketing Manager specializing in Web3
You will own and execute the day-to-day marketing engine for a live Layer-0/Layer-1 network and its utility token. This is a hands-on role focused on growth, narrative, community, and measurable results in the post-TGE environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and run integrated Web3 marketing campaigns that drive awareness, wallet growth, staking participation, developer adoption, and real usage of Autheo services (fees, compute, storage, TheoID, THEO AI).
  • Own content strategy and production across X, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms - translating technical milestones into clear, compelling narratives for crypto-native and broader audiences.
  • Plan and execute token-related marketing (listings support, liquidity narratives, utility education, staking campaigns) while remaining strictly compliant with published tokenomics and regulatory constraints.
  • Build and manage relationships with KOLs, crypto media, research analysts, exchange marketing teams, and ecosystem partners.
  • Coordinate with the existing PR/comms function on major announcements (new listings, product releases, partnerships, mainnet milestones) and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs (reach, engagement, conversion to wallets/users, community growth, sentiment) and continuously optimize.
  • Support community growth programs, AMAs, Twitter Spaces, and educational content that reinforce THEO's utility rather than pure speculation.
  • Collaborate closely with product, DevRel, and ecosystem teams so marketing accurately reflects live network capabilities and roadmap.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in blockchain / crypto / Web3 marketing, ideally with experience through at least one Mainnet launch or token listing cycle.
  • Strong understanding of token utility narratives, community growth mechanics, and the difference between hype marketing and durable adoption marketing.
  • Hands-on experience creating and distributing content that performs in crypto-native channels.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote, high-ownership, equity-cofounder environment with a distributed team of 100+ contributors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort translating complex technical concepts (Layer-0 OS, post-quantum security, sovereign identity, DePIN-style compute/storage) into accessible language.
  • Self-directed, metrics-oriented, and capable of owning campaigns end-to-end with minimal oversight.
  • Genuine interest in Autheo's mission of building a unified, sovereign coordination layer for the web, blockchain, and AI agents.

Why Join
This is not a pre-launch story anymore. The network is live. THEO is trading. The operating system exists. What happens next is whether the world actually uses it.
You will join a global team of 100+ equity cofounders and contributors who have already shipped Mainnet, opened the public economy, and built the foundation. Your work will sit at the point where infrastructure becomes adoption - shaping how developers, enterprises, validators, and users understand and enter Autheo.
If you want a conventional marketing job with a salary, benefits package, and a finished product to promote, this is not that role. If you want ownership, meaningful equity and THEO allocation under published tokenomics, and the chance to build the public face of a live Internet Operating System from the inside, this is the moment.
Come build the future.
