Your Mission

As an Associate Manager, Digital Marketing, you will shape and deliver digital marketing execution across campaign initiatives, translating marketing strategy into coordinated digital activation across channels. This role operates at the campaign level and partners closely with brand, media, creative, product, studios, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, optimized, and aligned to business objectives. In addition to campaign execution, you will support the broader digital go-to-market planning for Call of Duty titles, helping define how digital marketing is planned and delivered within each campaign.

This role is based in our Los Angeles (Pen Factory) office and follows an onsite work schedule of Monday through Thursday. Work arrangements may change at the company's discretion to meet business needs.

What you bring to the table

  • Shape and deliver digital strategy within a campaign or defined scope
  • Coordinate execution across multiple parallel digital workstreams
  • Lead campaign initiatives from concepting through execution, including briefs, reviews, and delivery
  • Ensure alignment across marketing, product, studios, and agency teams
  • Translate marketing objectives into actionable digital plans
  • Optimize campaign performance through informed channel and content decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure visibility, alignment, and contribution to campaign success
  • Contribute to overall content planning by identifying opportunities for timely, engaging, and informative social content across multiple channels

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 4-6+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent demonstrated capability operating at campaign-level scope
  • Experience executing across multiple digital marketing channels within campaigns
  • Experience leading projects with multiple partners and stakeholders, including external agencies

  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Comfort working with data and performance insights to inform decisions

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $72,720.00 - $134,460.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
