Job description

We're Not Looking for Just Another Marketer. We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Build a Legacy.

Community Liaison / Hospice Marketer
Conroe, Texas

At Four Pillars Hospice, we believe hospice isn't sold—it is earned through trust, compassion, and relationships.

We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for referrals to happen. Someone who loves being in the community, connecting with physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and families who deserve exceptional hospice care.

If you thrive on building relationships, creating opportunities, and making a meaningful impact every day, we want to meet you.

This isn't a desk job.

This is for someone who wants to:

 - Become the trusted hospice resource throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding counties as our service area continues to grow.

 - Build relationships that genuinely improve patient care.

 - Partner with an experienced leadership team that values your ideas.

 - Help grow one of the most respected hospice organizations in Texas.

 - Be part of something bigger than monthly referral numbers.

What You'll Do
  • Develop lasting relationships with physicians, hospitals, assisted living communities, skilled nursing facilities, and other community partners.
  • Educate referral sources on hospice eligibility and the Medicare Hospice Benefit.
  • Represent Four Pillars Hospice with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.
  • Identify new opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
  • Collaborate daily with our clinical and operational leaders to ensure every promise made can be delivered.

Who You Are
  • You believe relationships matter more than sales pitches.
  • You are self-motivated and thrive in an independent role.
  • You communicate with confidence and professionalism.
  • You enjoy being in the field and building meaningful connections.
  • You solve problems instead of creating them.
  • You understand that trust is earned—not requested.

Hospice or healthcare marketing experience is preferred, but character, integrity, and work ethic matter just as much.

Why Four Pillars Hospice?

Because we're building something different.

We believe marketing and operations should work hand in hand.

We believe patients deserve honesty before promises.

We believe growth should never come at the expense of quality.

Most of all...

We believe every patient and family deserves one chance to experience hospice done right.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid time off
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Supportive leadership team
  • The opportunity to help shape the growth of an expanding hospice organization
