Position Summary:
Supports marketing initiatives by coordinating promotions, tradeshows, and digital engagement efforts, including social media management. Works closely with sales, suppliers, and internal teams to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support profitable sales growth. Functions as a team member within the department and performs duties as assigned to best serve the company.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tradeshows, meetings, promotions, and other marketing-related activities
  • Maintain the local website to ensure content is current and accurate
  • Order and manage inventory of promotional giveaway items
  • Track and report on sales data for promotions (rebates, redemptions, rewards)
  • Create and support development of marketing materials (logos, newsletters, ads, menus, etc.)
  • Manage and monitor company social media accounts, including responding to user engagement
  • Develop and schedule social media content aligned with marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns across digital channels
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Track and maintain online customer reviews and feedback
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and support special projects using Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with tradeshow/meeting preparation, including occasional travel
  • Performs other duties as assigned
