BluEdge is a national provider of creative production, experiential marketing, large-format graphics, digital media, and business technology solutions. Our marketing department functions as an internal agency, supporting six locations through lead generation, content creation, website management, sales support, internal communications, and brand strategy.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help execute marketing initiatives and support the continued growth of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain website content, blog posts, case studies, etc.
  • Create marketing content including blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and sales materials.
  • Build and manage HubSpot email sequences, CRM records, contact lists, and marketing automation.
  • Monitor website leads, form submissions, and social media channels.
  • Maintain client portals, marketing collateral, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Assist with SEO initiatives, website improvements, and new landing pages.
  • Support sales by creating contact lists, customizing presentations, and updating pricing and marketing resources.
  • Research new marketing tools and technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

Qualifications
