About the Role

The Manager, Music Marketing is a mid-level role responsible for working within the team that shapes how the world discovers, experiences, creates and connects with music on Suno.

The ideal candidate is a creative marketer who understands how audiences are discovering and engaging with music online and IRL. You’ll be part of the artist & music marketing team that shapes the marketing programs we’re creating in partnership with the industry. You’ll also be responsible for the ideation and execution of the marketing campaigns that help fans connect with the music and artists on Suno.

This role reports to the Head of Artist Marketing & Editorial and sits at the intersection of music, marketing, product, and the Suno brand, making it a uniquely high-impact seat at a company redefining what music creation can be.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the overall strategy and performance of artist marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent pipeline, quality execution, and measurable impact

  • Own the A to Z of a campaign ensuring that it’s a success for the artist, the fans, and Suno

  • Make cool things happen for artists who are making music with Suno

  • Make cool things happen for artists delivering their music on Suno to be remixed and interacted with

  • Challenge and help define what artist and music marketing looks like at a music creation and music interaction platform - we are not a DSP and we are not a label

  • Work with the marketing, editorial, comms, creative and brand teams to find and build the pipelines and programs that support artists, creative community, and the industry

  • Work cross-functionally with the growth, product and brand teams to represent the artist community in product launches

  • Create new opportunities (on and off platform) for music and artists on Suno

  • Serve as an escalation point and senior relationship holder for high-priority industry and artist partnerships and their representatives

  • Establish and maintain best practices around campaign operations, including data analysis, rights clearances, contracting, cross-functional coordination, and performance reporting

  • Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure all artist agreements and payments are handled with rigor and care

  • Collaborate within the artist & music marketing team to disrupt and redefine what artist marketing and music consumptions looks like in 2026 and beyond

  • Own success and metrics reporting, including campaign performance, reach, and remix metrics

What You’ll NeedRequired Experience & Expertise
  • 8-10 years of experience having worked in the music and entertainment industries, preferably from a DSP, management or record label.

  • Experience working with talent is a must, with a deep sensitivity and empathy to working with artists and handling their creative projects and outputs

  • A creative brain

  • You’re a builder and maker, not just a facilitator

  • Deep familiarity with music industry structures including recording, publishing, and representation agreements, and how they affect partnership and campaign execution

  • Experience ideating, executing and managing end-to-end artist marketing campaigns with cross-functional stakeholders and complex logistics

  • Relationships with artists, managers, and various stakeholders in the music industry

  • Excellent communicator: able to represent Suno credibly with senior artist teams and external partners, and communicate clearly and directly internally

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by the pace and possibility of a high-growth environment

  • Passion for music and sincere belief in technology's potential to expand creative access and expression

  • A thirst for music culture

  • Experience at a music technology, streaming, or AI company

  • Experience working within or alongside product and engineering teams
