Job description


Position Summary

The Senior Internal Marketing Manager uses marketing to influence employee behavior and promotes the mission, vision and value of Orlando Health. The Senior Manager serves as a leader in the marketing and communications division and is responsible for managing and executing the successful implementation of marketing plans and promotions targeting team members.
What you will do

  • Directly meets and communicates with leadership to identify, document, and report all aspects to be used for marketing planning and execution.
  • Develops strategic internal marketing plans that are aligned with the organization’s team member recruitment, retention and engagement goals.
  • Effectively uses market research to quantify initiatives and goals.
  • Manages the implementation of the internal marketing plans, which may include communication and promotion through print, digital and social media platforms, video, direct mail, email, special events and collateral development.
  • Develops content for the external website for recruitment and intranet for retention and engagement promotion.
  • Works with creative agencies and internal teams to develop collateral material and advertising campaigns to successfully package promotions within corporate written and graphic guidelines.
  • Creates a campaign-related Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database for team members to effectively execute marketing and promotional initiatives.
  • Implements lifecycle strategies and marketing automation to leverage dynamic messaging to optimize campaign responsiveness.
  • Analyzes and reports out performance of campaigns and marketing/database trends/metrics.
  • Evaluates plans and programs to determine if the goals/objectives were met.
  • Serves as a mentor and resource to Marketing Managers.
  • Manages department interns to provide valuable learning experience for the intern.
  • Manages relationship with external vendors and ensures the vendor is providing a great value to Orlando Health and upholding its brand standards.
  • Manages and helps to develop departmental budget.
  • Maintains records and reports that are necessary for the Orlando Health leadership.
  • Ensures excellent customer service and working relationship with key administrators, team members, physicians, customers, vendors and community leaders.
  • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Orlando Health’s financial management tool.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, accurate messages.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications or related field is required.
  • Seven (7) years of relevant experience.
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing plans.
