The Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for creating core marketing content and managing the editorial processes that support Mirion Medical's marketing efforts. This role combines strong writing skills with content program management, developing foundational collateral while overseeing content workflows, editorial planning, and asset management.

Acting as a key liaison between Product Marketing and Clinical Marketing, this individual translates technical and clinical information into clear, compelling marketing materials. The role also drives content production efficiency through structured processes, AI-assisted workflows, and content governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain marketing collateral, including datasheets, brochures, product one-pagers, and other sales enablement materials.
  • Translate technical, clinical, and product information into accurate, engaging marketing content.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Clinical Marketing, and Events to identify content needs, provide editorial guidance, and support campaign development.
  • Manage the editorial calendar, content intake process, and production workflow from briefing through final delivery.
  • Leverage AI tools to draft, adapt, and scale content while ensuring quality, consistency, and messaging accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain content frameworks, asset libraries, taxonomy, and workflow playbooks to improve efficiency and content reuse.
  • Review and quality-check content for accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with approved messaging.
  • Coordinate with Graphic Design and other stakeholders to deliver production-ready assets.
  • Monitor content performance, identify content gaps, and recommend updates or new asset development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing communications, content marketing, editorial, or related roles.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex technical, clinical, or scientific information.
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Strong project and workflow management skills, including ownership of editorial calendars and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience with content systems, asset management, taxonomy, and scalable content processes.
  • Proficiency with AI-assisted content creation tools and strong editorial judgment.
  • Familiarity with project and content management platforms such as Asana, HubSpot, SharePoint, or similar tools.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, self-directed, and committed to quality and timely execution.
