Job description

Meta is seeking a strategic and experienced Audience Marketing Manager to lead our North America Agency marketing efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute audience-first marketing strategies that drive measurable impact for Meta's advertising platforms within North America's agency ecosystem, including holding companies, independent agencies, and media buying groups. You will serve as a subject matter expert on agency audiences, partnering with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional marketing teams, to shape and execute how Meta engages and grows its agency relationships.
Audience Marketing Manager, NA Agency Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute audience marketing strategies and programs for North America Agency partners, including holding companies, independent agencies, and media planning and buying groups. These programs will include key industry and/or Meta tentpoles, one or more of which you will lead the strategy and execution for
  • Collaborate with product marketing to translate Meta's advertising and enterprise capabilities into compelling narratives and value propositions, tailored to agency decision-makers and media planners
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product on North America agency audience priorities, communicating progress and tradeoffs to leadership
  • Represent North America agency marketing strategies and performance results to leadership through structured quarterly reviews and strategic briefings
  • Synthesize performance insights and market intelligence to continuously refine audience strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness across direct and scaled marketing channels
  • Analyze agency audience data, sales feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform go-to-market priorities across Meta's platforms
  • Build audience segmentation frameworks that enable personalized, scaled marketing outreach across channels relevant to the North America agency ecosystem
  • Define measurable marketing goals aligned to agency pipeline and revenue objectives, partner with data science and marketing insights teams to establish learning agendas and measurement plans
  • Identify and implement AI-integrated workflows to accelerate audience research, content development, and campaign analysis across the agency marketing function

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in audience marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing strategies within the advertising, media, or agency ecosystem
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes for advertiser or agency audiences
  • Experience partnering with sales organizations and cross-functional teams to align marketing programs to revenue and pipeline goals
  • Experience translating complex audience insights and advertising platform data into actionable marketing strategies and executive-level communications

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading tentpole programs, including working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working directly with or within a North America advertising agency, holding company, or media buying organization
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience using marketing analytics tools and audience segmentation platforms to inform strategy and optimize channel performance
  • Experience presenting marketing strategy and performance insights to executive or C-suite audiences
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
